I built this because I've been on both sides of the table.
I spent the better part of two decades inside of some of Australia's largest businesses. I've led marketing for multi-brand portfolios, and managed huge marketing budgets, agencies, consultants and my own teams.
I've sat in boardrooms where the marketing budget was the line item nobody could justify. I've watched agencies spend months on brand strategy while the sales pipeline dried up. I've seen businesses with extraordinary customer relationships and databases full of contacts do absolutely nothing with them, year after year.
